I pad pro going crazy

I pad pro has no issues when not charged . But when I do charge it the I pad act’s erratically as if i had a broken screen which I would understand it doing that but I don’t . When I put pressure towards me it acts normal . Help

iPad Pro switching On/Off after about every 4 minutes- after having fallen from the table to the ground Hi all, what could be the problem with my ipad pro 2016 2nd generation model - where the power is switching off after about 4 minutes and then switching on again. It fell to the ground face down from a height of about 4 feet from the table and then this problem started. It gets charged fully and retains the charge, only having problem with this switching on/off about every 4 minutes. Suspect some internal damage to the motherboard or printed circuit board. Please advise. Thanks.

Remove any screen-protective film that might be installed here, remove any protective case, clean the display, and try again.

If the problems persist, contact Apple Support.
