Is there any way to use external mic for phonecalls? Another thing is that while the mic is connected to lightning slot i cant hear any sounds from internal speaker. Can i change some settings in the iphone to fix that?

When you connect an external microphone to the iPhone's lightning port, the audio input/output is often automatically rerouted to the external accessory. This means that sound will not be played through the internal speaker as long as the external microphone is connected.
There are no setting to spearate Mic with the audio output on an iPhone.
thanks for replying. Shame that as a user i cant decide for that. However I've noticed that when this mic is connected and i recive a call , iphone switch to the internal mic and speaker....very strange
