A green light shows when I am in my iphone photo mode. Does anyone know what this is?

I go to take a photo. A tiny green light shows up in top right, and it doesn’t go off.

Sometimes, it turns orange.

Does anyone have any idea what this is?

And how to turn it off, if possible

Hello JingleJump!

Those “lights” are normal. They’re just there so you know if apps are using your microphone and camera, etc.

You can learn all about them here: About the orange and green indicators

in your iPhone status bar - Apple Support.

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck!
