Lingering balance

There is a persistent amount of $99.99 that the Apple Card won’t let me pay off. Is it a lingering pending charge for something else?

Please contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs. This is unusual to have a reoccurring charge that never turns into a transaction.

When you look at transactions in your Apple Card in your Wallet app on your iPhone, do the charges show as pending?

No. I have checked for pending charges each day and I’ll see them appear occasionally turn into cleared charges. This 99.99 just keeps lingering as an unpayable amount. I even looked back several months to see if there was some lingering pending charge. I found charges of 99.99 but none that were pending.

At least I’m not being charged interest on it.

Yes I’m going to give it another try. I called the 800 number and they said “give it a few hours. It’ll go away.” I told them it had been a few weeks and they said to give it a little longer. Will try again soon. Thanks.

Thought I’d see if anyone else had this experience.
