I have an older MacBook pro that is almost out of memory. When I make a new playlist in iTunes on my MacBook pro... with music I bought and downloaded into iTunes, it doesn't sync and show up on all my other apple devices. I pay for iTunes Match, and iCloud. How do I update the iTunes playlists I have on my computer so they will show up on all my devices again?

We understand that you subscribe to iTunes Match. However, your playlists are not syncing across your devices expected. The following steps may be able to help resolve this issue: Access your music library on all your devices
on your Mac, choose Music > Settings, click General, then select the Sync Library checkbox.If you don’t see this option, sign in to Apple Music using your Apple ID. You must be an Apple Music subscriber to access your music on your other devices using Sync Library.
2. To turn on your music library on another device, do any of the following:
on your Mac, sign in to the iTunes Store using the same Apple ID that you used on the first computer, then choose Music > Settings, click General, then select the Sync Library checkbox.For more information about syncing, see the user guide for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. For a device that doesn’t use the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, get the user guide from the Apple Support Manuals website."
