Why can’t apple one be mix and match!

I like the idea of apple one but would prefer to pick my own bits.

Arcade, fitness and music is all I’m interested in so I won’t subscribe to the top level just for 3 items.

Upgrading from Apple One Family to Premier Hi, I've been using and sharing the Family subscription with no problems for a while now and wanted to upgrade to Premier for the extra services. I have followed the upgrade steps on both my iPhone and MacBook but it's not successful. On my iPhone in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions I can choose the Premier option and it takes my to my banking app to verify it's me but the process doesn't return to the Settings app to confirm the purchase. No money is taken from my bank account. On my MacBook, I go into the App Store, view my account information and manage my subscription. Here I select Premier, click Done and it just goes back to the Subscription page with no update, no request for payment confirmation or any other feedback. I have repeated both methods several times, logged out, restarted both iPhone and MacBook to no avail. Am I missing something here? Thanks in advance!

Apple One - Swap Apple Arcade for News, TV or Fitness I'd like to subscribe to Apple One for my adult family, however we don't find the value in having arcade, can Apple Arcade be swapped for another Apple+ Product?
