How does Apple Photos compare to Mylio?

I'm finally ready to give up running parallel photo libraries with Aperture and Photos. I avoided Lightroom because of the subscription service needs but, so far, my direction is towards Mylio - also a subscription service.

Since reviews back in 2019 has Photos improved enough to compare to the DAM abilities of Mylio?

Does Mylio support photo publishing?

A few years ago Google Photos was the best free or even commercial solution I found for my noncommercial photo publishing needs which should support: searchable captions and keywords, display dates and location maps, subscribed user comments, an alert to subscribed users when new images are added to the shared album, admin rights to selected users, no sign-in needed for anonymous users, downloadable original quality media for any user, cross-platform web browsers and mobile apps.

Then I also tried Dropbox, Apple and Microsoft cloud, Picasa, Flickr and SmugMug. But I am not perfectly happy with Google Photos either. I have a long list of Google Photos deficiencies -- ask if you are interested to make Mylio the best.
