Using Apple Watch AssistiveTouch gestures to Swipe on iPhone display

Hello!

I enjoy using the Assistive Touch gestures on my Apple Watch frequently, especially to dismiss alerts or open notifications hands-free. Recently, I was reading the user guide for watch/iPhone and saw the option to control nearby devices, however the options given seem limited to media control and app switching. Ultimately, I am searching for a way to use Assistive Touch gestures (pinch, clench, double-clench, etc) in conjunction with my iPhone to swipe left or right on the display, and similar options. The real world application for this would be something like reading within iBooks, and using my watch gestures to swipe to the next page. I have not found a way to utilize features to this result and was curious if it is possible with the accessibility features so far. If anyone has any shortcuts that can do something similar, please let me know!

Thanks
