How to connect both HomePod speakers to tv volume

One of two HomePod speakers is playing tv volume. How do I get the 2nd speaker to also connect to the tv.

Assuming you’re referring to using them for an Apple TV box?

Are they on the same wifi? Signed in with the same Apple ID.
