Consumer Cellular service and Apple Watch Series 8

Hello spangler1980, Yes, but Family Setup in not supported. So if for example you don't have a family member that doesn't have a iPhone but wants the use of a Apple iWatch that is paired with your iPhone then Consumer Cellular is not the provider you need. Will need to stick with the carriers under Family Setup in this Apple Support Page. Otherwise Consumer Cellular is Supported and will work fine.
