Why I can’t update iOS in Apple iPhone 7plus

For an iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15 is the end of the line. Your signature says you are running iOS 13 now, so your phone should be offering to install the latest version of iOS 15.

Check that:

• Your phone is at least 50% charged – or better yet, connected to a charger.
• You have WiFi turned on, and have a WiFi connection to the Internet.
• You have cellular data turned on. You don't want to use it for the bulk of the download, but I've seen in other threads where people say you might need to have it turned on for some upgrades to succeed.
• You have some cellular reception.
• You have several gigabytes of free space on your phone. If you do not have enough free space (free iCloud space doesn't count), there won't be room to download a local copy of iOS 15 and unpack and install it.

If you're referring to 16, because its CPU isn't powerful enough. Otherwise, describe what happens when you try to.
