Removal of MDM settings

I obtained a Mac from a previous company, and now I own it. However, in the profile section (Privacy & Security > Profiles) , I noticed that it still shows the message 'This Mac is managed and supervised by the company,' and there are specific

settings below it.

I would like to know how I can remove the company's management and regain full control of my Mac.

Any assistance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Contact the Company from whom you obtained the Managed Computer

They, the Seller of this machine, will have to contact the MDM service they contracted with to manage this computer.

Once they have done that, ask for written confirmation that the Serial Number of this computer has been removed from the MDM Data Base.

Until the above is done - they will still have full control of this machine

The other option is to return the computer for a full refund
