Who did you dispute the charge with, merchant (Apple?), credit card bank? If merchant and merchant is Apple, please call 1-800-MY-APPLE, if the dispute is with credit card bank, call the number on the back of the card and if the dispute was specifically with your Apple Card Mastercard bank, please use the contact information below.
