What if I’m not able to add my cards to my apple pay even though the country I’m in is supporting apple pay and my phone do have the latest version of IOS and the apple pay.

Are you behind a VPN and are both WiFi and cellular turned on and Wallet app is enabled for cellular?
Did you confirm that your Region is set correctly on your iPhone? Are you behind a VPN? Do you have both WiFi and cellular turned on? Is you Wallet enabled for cellular in the Settings App?
OK, thanks for your help. Make sure your device is updated to the latest version of iOS, 16.6 (released 07/24). After updating your device, please do a forced restart (link below) and then try adding your credit card and please post a reply if you’re receiving the message about sending you a text, email or phone call. If you don’t see that message, please reply with the error message you’re receeciving.

Have you tried deleting the Wallet app off your iPhone? The will delete everything in your wallet. Some members don’t want to go that far.
Another possibility is resetting Network Settings? Have you done that?
I’ve already checked all this and everything’s okay! I don’t see a problem anywhere!!
What country are you in and what bank issued the card you want to add? Is the card a debit or credit card?
I’m in Canada and I wanna add both of my debit as well as credit cards and they are of Scotia Bank
