Can someone find a solution to the Wrong Album Artwork issue on iPhones?

For years now there have been issues with the incorrect album artwork showing in Music on the iPhone. The album artwork is correct on iTunes but when synced over to the iPhone it grabs random images from other albums, even ones that are not on the phone. As you can see from the images attached, iTunes playing Free by Donavon with correct art, then iPhone playing the same song but it has 2 different Jack Harlow album covers.

I have tried every single fix, sometimes I can update the artwork manually on the phone via Devices in iTunes but now that is not even working.

Can everyone vote this up so Apple actually take notice!
