Caldigit TS3 Plus no more recognized
Hello,
I’m facing an issue with my Caldigit TS3 Plus docking which is no more recognized. I use a MacBook Pro 16’ running on Ventura 13.4.1.
Since the very beginning, I always encountered from time to time some strange behaviors such as no more blue light on the TS3 and no more video output on my additional DELL screen. But I was always able to solve the problem mostly with reinstalling the TS3 drivers (https://www.caldigit.com/ts3-plus-support/ ).
But now, the Macbook is no more able to recognize the docking… I’ve tried almost everything explained on Caldigit website or on the internet but no way, the only thing that is woking is charging (USB ports and also Macbook charging is working fine), so I guess there is no issue from a power perspective.
I didn’t do anything before this issue occurs, was working pretty good except what I stated above. Just stopped my Macbook and when restarting the next day, the TS3 was no more detected.
From a system standpoint, nothing is seen as being connected even if the TS3 is Thunderbolt cable connected…
I've contacted Caldigit support, no answer so far, but not sure this is on Caldigit side.
Is there a way to reset MacOS Thunderbolt drivers or whatever?
Cheers
