I cannot remove update or download free apps because it keeps saying there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. It is driving me crazy!

I dont have anything in my purchase history!!! Please help me with this, I decided to ignore this for a while but now it doesnt allow me to use my iPhone normally!

It sounds like there is an issue with your payment method. If the support article doesn't help you resolve it, you could try to contact Apple. Go to the GetSupport page, click on View Your Products, then click on App Store.
