imovie and storage issues with photos not uploading to cloud.

My storage on iphone is full and most of it is from imovie and then 2nd is videos/photos. Is there a way to determine which projects in imovie are large and should be removed? Is there a way to delete multiple projects at one time? One at a time, is tedious. Also, My photos should be uploading to cloud and I have 4 TB on cloud, so I am not sure why my photos size on phone is so large. I have restarted phone, I have plugged it in and checked to see if it shows upload to cloud. If I can't find an answer, I'll have to start with deleting Imovie and starting over. Thank you
