There is no general address to make a payment.
If for some reason you cannot make a payment as shown in the support document you posted from, in the Wallet App on your iPhone or at https://card.apple.com , then you must set up a one time physical payment option with an Apple Card support person as explained in the support document you posted from under "If your iPhone or iPad is unavailable". click here ➜ How to make Apple Card payments - Apple Support
If your iPhone is missing or stolen, you can contact Apple Support to make a payment. You can also ask an Apple Card specialist to help you set up scheduled payments so you don't miss a payment.
If you added your Apple Card to another iPhone, you can make a
payment or set up scheduled payments in the Wallet app on that
iPhone. If you added your Apple Card to your iPad, you can go
to Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Card, then tap Make a
Payment or set up Scheduled Payments.
When set up, they will give you a mailing address, and set it up so your payment is expected and properly processed.
Do not send checks or cash to any addresses you may find online for it as even if correct, they may not be accepted and returned.
