I forgott my admin password to Apple School Manager

I' m administrator in Apple School Manager and I forgott my password, and theres no second administrator. My Apple ID is locked now. What can I do? I only use this Apple ID to log in to Apple School manager. Is password to Apple ID same as password to Apple School Manager?
