apple tv history channel not working

history channel on apple tv not working. has anyone experienced anything like it and perhaps knows the solution, thanks.

For apps on the Apple TV box (4th generation or later):

  1. Update your Apple TV system software to the current version, if not done already. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support
  2. Try this for any misbehaving app:
    1. Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
    2. If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
    3. If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
    4. If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.


For the in-app channel History Vault, inside the Apple TV app, that is for subscribers that started their subscription for this in the Apple TV app. It is not exchangeable with subscriptions started elsewhere.


Else please elaborate on the device, app, and exactly what isn’t working, and what happens instead. If there is an error message, then please quote that.
