iCloud backup
When I click iCloud backup it says “there isn’t enough space left on device to backup.”

When you don't have enough space for your iCloud backup, you have options. You can make space by managing storage: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
You can add more storage to iCloud: Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support
And you can back up using a computer: Back up iPhone - Apple Support (Check out the last 2 sections, one of which is for PCs and one for Mac.)
