I have talked to more people at Apple in the last 12 days than I ever want to. I want an e-mail address so I can send Apple my horrible experience with Apple's customer service. I have told multiple times the issue would be resolved and then when I called back I was told something different each time. I am sorry, but talking on the phone has done nothing to help me. At one point I was on hold for over an hour.
