Finding iPod support
Hey guys, was trying to find the old iPod classic support website. That’s because my iPod has a bad battery and needs to be restored. My computer won’t recognize it. Do you think you can help me out?

You have arrived at Apple's support for all iPods.
However, Apple no longer provide a battery replacement service for the Classic. Your best option is to look locally to where you live (i.e. - not another country), for someone who can replace the battery for you.
