Another Kernel Panic - Can't Find A Solution

Hey. I bought a refurbished MBP 2019 16" in Feb 23 and since purchasing the MBP has crashed when closing the screen. Recently it has started to crash on the log in until there is a Panic Boot. I've started in Safe Mode with no issues from that. I've also conduct First Aid through Disc Utility but this hasn't fixed the problem. Recently I rebooted the MBP and reinstalled Ventura 13.4 (updating to 13.5). Still the kernel panics occur. Having run an Etrecheck report it appears that the system is running well but it's found a vast number of instances of kernel panics. I've attached the report and was hoping someone might be able to guide me through how to fix this on going issue. Currently I'm unable to conduct my work on the MBP.
