Did you have the battery replaced recently?

If yes, the shop installed the wrong battery.

Battery Health will not work correctly until a genuine Apple battery is installed.

You can try to take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop, but they are unfortunately going to probably refuse to work on the phone because of tampering by an unauthorized tech and shop.
