How to make the network to be faster
My phone doesn’t have access to network at all ,it shows the network name but it doesn’t function

If you're talking about cellular network, first of all I would contact your carrier and check with them the configuration and traffic plan of your SIM card(s) or eSIM(s).
If everything is okay on their side, I would try to reset your network settings on your iPhone, going to:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings , bearing in mind that this procedure also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before, but NO other data is affected. When done, restart your iPhone.
