My Apple Music isn’t working says I have to go through itunes

If you are a subscriber go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and sign back in. And make sure Sync Library is enabled in Settings > Music.


If you're not, sync using a cable: Sync your iPhone, iPad or iPod using your computer – Apple Support (AU)
