How do I change the order of my cards in wallet or delete cards on my iPhone

You can change the order simply by dragging any card to the desired new position.
Note that the front/bottom position is always the “default” card used for ApplePay payments.
Delete by clicking “more” (3-dots), followed by Card Details -> Remove.
