I think you’re confusing Apple Pay with Apple Cash. Apple is not a bank and Apple Cash is a prepaid debit card that you use for person to person transfers and you add funds from your bank to Apple Cash. Green Dot Bank services Apple Cash accounts because they are a bank. Banks are required to verify the identity of their customers.

Apple Pay doesn’t have a login. Can you please explain in more detail what you’re trying to do?
