I am also infected by the Search Marquis and I thought I had it cleared. But now it surfaced again and also spread into my work PC via "synchronized" Chrome account... I only now found this forums instructions on the topic and it sounds promising. Please see the screenshots below and help me to ID the files I need to delete, thanks!:

hi, yes I did refer to and read all John replies and compared the files to mine. I in fact removed many not legitimate looking files already, and also a few applications like "Daemon tools" and "Malwarebytes", just in case. I was hoping "someone" review my screenshots similarly how John has done for others and could mark any suspicious files I might not have identified myself. I am rather basic end user of Mac so not so in-depth with the system to make my own judgement :)
