To whom it may concern this is a useful tip for Macos (all versions) Mail if you look for the signature files :
/Users/tj/Library/Mail/V10/MailData/Signatures
Top tip the number coming avec V ... currently V10 will augment with the next version of Mac Mail.app

The V10 folder is macOS Ventura only...
Not everyone's user name "tj".....
therfore the path from Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy & paste:
~/Library/Mail/V10/MailData/Signatures
