I have submitted my iphone for repair now as i am checking my repair status they have shipped my device and gave me tracking id, how can i track my device?

I need to turn off find my iPad to send in for repair but I can’t turn on iPad to do so My iPad has no charge and will not accept a charge. I need to turn off Find my iPad to send in for repair. How do I do that?
