My "back up now" button is grayed out and I cannot click on it. How do I back it up?

I just got an iPhone 14 and I am trying to transfer my data from my iPhone SE (2020) onto it but the 14 won't recognize my SE's iCloud backup. My SE was backed up yesterday and I am trying to back it up again.

This is what it is showing on the iPhone 14:

I can't get either to back up onto my iTunes account and my SE is saying "no SIM" and my texts are coming to my 14 but phone calls are coming through to my SE. I tried sending a text on both phones and neither went through and show as "message failure." I just want everything to be on one phone and work (preferably the 14 since it is new).

Another concern is that I started another iCloud backup of the SE and it has been going for 2 hours and the bar has barely moved with an additional 4 hour of supposed back up time.
