It won’t come up on my current phone to allow QuickStart what should I do

Quick start only shows when you are at the "hello" page. The only way to get to the Quickstart area is to erase your device first. Go to settings/ general/ erase/ erase all content and settings. Once you do this, then you will see Quickstart.
