1 hour iPhone passcode lock

I’ve forgotten my iPhone passcode and need to unlock it without it erasing the data. Is there a way I can do this if I haven’t backed up my phone

Something like 7-8 more attempts. You will just have to wait it out and then enter a passcode again, and again, etc. until you are completely locked out.
