hardware issue
Hi Team,
I had been visit at authorised apple service center because of alternative restarting issue in my i-phone 12 on 15 july 2023.
Service executive provide us job card for further process including all detail inpected details which contains no accidental damage. After a week service executive inform us about internal damage while i had no such issue in my phone. I just had been notice no other issue other than restarting after update. I am not satisfied with the irresponsible behaviour from service center. My phone is in under warranty.i had been no accidental damage in my phone while i had my device. I had been suffering from misbehaviour of service center for last 5 days. It is not acceptable to me after 7 days they informed me that my phone is damaged while there were no such no issue in my phone during inspection on first day of visit at service which is clearly detailed in job card.
Service executive called us for 33000 rupees for repairing my phone while my phone is in under warranty. I never imagined such type issue in apple facility.
Now i am requesting to repairing my phone in under warranty.
