iPad problem pre-installed Photo Booth App

Hello everybody,

my autistic son loves using the pre-installed Photo Booth app and we have the same problem on all 3 iPads we own:

the pictures taken with this app show up in the draggable roll of photos on the bottom.

however, when I click on a photo, many times the photo doesn’t open but shows a black screen instead. It’s always the same pics that won’t open and it makes my son very sad.

can anybody help me solve this problem, please?

It sounds like the Photo Booth app isn’t working correctly. We know how important this is for you and your son, and will help get you to the right place to find a resolution.

Hi Julia- fellow autism mom here… dealing with the meltdown of photo booth app not working as well… did you ever get a fix?
