iMac not powering on, tried steps, still no power.
iMac is not powering on, I've tried the basic step, with no success. help.

Check the power cable on the back of the iMac.
Check/bypass the surge protector, if you are using one.
Try plugging the iMac into a different wall outlet in another room.
If none of the above help, schedule a service appointment at your local Apple Store or AASP.
