Why are there duplicate devices in Screen Time?

I have a Mac signed into iCloud and if I go to screen time, I can see two Macs. The one shown in this photo is glitched and does not show any statistics while the first Mac has statistics? After restarting my iPhone it only shows the non-glitched one but after a minute or two the other one shows up as well. I also recently restored my mac from a backup after replacing the logic board at an Apple Repair centre. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

You may explore which devices your Apple ID is signed in to using the info here: Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support


Use your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch to find where you're signed in
1. Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down. 
2. Tap any device name to view that device's information, such as the device model, serial number, OS version, and whether it's a trusted device that can be used to receive Apple ID verification codes. The information might vary depending on the device type. You might need to answer your security questions to view device details. 


If you notice any other devices that are no longer in your possession, you may also remove them from the list here.


Use your iPhone or iPad to remove a device
1. Tap the device to find its details, then tap Remove from Account.
2. Review the message that appears, then tap again to confirm that you want to remove the device.

ScreenTime activity can be viewed for the last 24 hours, and the last 7 days. If usage of the device was within that time-frame, it would continue to show until it's been longer than that since it was last used.
