where are the accessibility settings on Apple TV for Chrome Browser????

So I wanted to finish watching a movie on my computer (PC/Windows) and so I went to tv.apple.com... I have an auditory processing disorder and I need captions... I can turn them on but where in the heck are the customization settings??? I could customize the captions using the app on my firestick but on the computer using a web browser, when I open settings there is NO Accessibility Settings... I like to be able to make the captions bigger because I need reading glasses and I don't like needing to wear them while watching tv... and then I also like to change the color to cyan with a drop shadow... I could do make these customizations on the fire stick but I'll be darned if I can find the same settings on the computer using Chrome...

The only headings I see when I open Settings are: Account Summary, Account Access, Play History, Parental Controls, Subscriptions (all under the umbrella heading of Account Settings) and the ONLY thing listed under "Web Settings" is Sports.... no accessibility options in any of that... so how the heck do I customize my closed captions using the website/chrome browser???
