Accidentally deleted google play store

There is no Google Play Store on iPhone. If you mean the App Store, first tap Search on the home screen, search for the App Store, then drag the icon onto the home screen. If it doesn't appear, go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps > Allow.

You don't. Play Store is for Androids. It is not available for iPhones.

iOS devices do not have the Google Playstore, nor can it be installed.
