I've lost count of how many searches I've done to unblock cookies so I have access to sites such as Amazon and my local grocery chain. Everyone makes it sound like, "Duh! You just do x y z. Well, those x's y's and z's don't exist on my iPhone 14 Pro!!!

Did you make sure, that in Settings/Safari, blocking cookies is not enabled?

Also make sure, that no restrictions are set up in the settings for Screen Time, that might keep you from browsing those websites.
Basically, I can't find the means of blocking or unblocking cookies on THIS phone as described on YouTube or in any Google search. 😢 When I go to settings in Google Chrome, Safari isn't on the list. - touched the "best answer" icon by mistake! 🤣🤣 Wish I COULD answer my own question! I think Mercury is retrograde.
This is the error message from Safari and the grocery store app.
"Something went wrong.
If you’re trying to log in or out, your browser might be blocking cookies. To fix this, go to your phone’s settings, select your web browser, and disable the “Block All Cookies” setting."
This is what I can't do. 😣
I can't even get into Safari settings because cookies are disabled. 😣
Do you have any restrictions enabled in the settings for Screen Time on your iPhone?
Or is the iPhone managed by an institution or company?
