Keep leading zeroes in table

I want to import (paste) a table with numbers having leading zeroes but Pages deletes these zeroes. Changing the Data Format of the cells to Text doesn't help: when the cells are pasted the format is automatically changed back to Number or to Multiple.

Is there any way to retain the zeroes, other than having to retype them in?

Converting Numbers table to Excel Issue I know how to convert Numbers to Excel and have been doing so with no problem. I duplicated the format with different data into a new spreadsheet within the same document. Now when converting the table to Excel I get the following message "Some changes were made to your exported spreadsheet. Table locations have been modified to accommodate export to a single worksheet." I duplicated the format into another spreadsheet under the same document because of the length of the original spreadsheet (1016 lines). While I can see all spreadsheets in the Numbers document, the original spreadsheet is now totally black in the exported Excel table. I do not understand what is going on. numbers problem with autofill Hi, I have been using numbers for years, although I'm not a power user. When I want to autofill a cell or cells in a column, I simply grab the yellow handle on the bottom of the cell and drag down. This particular column, which totals my other columns, is suddenly not showing the yellow handle on the sides or bottom. The column next to it shows the yellow handle. There was a post awhile back from Mr. Quinn, who helped someone else in a similar situation. The solution, I believe, was to select the column, go into format and make the table header was set to zero. I tried this solution and my table headers are at zero. Any thoughts?

Changing the cells' Data Format to that shown here:

Note that this "Numeral System" is base 10, but does not include fractions, although it does round undisplayed fractional values to the nearest integer, as seen in rows 8 through 11.
