Fitness app post workout heart rate not scrolling

Using an iPhone SE with iOS version 16.5.1(c).

Ever since I got the phone 1.5 years ago, the screen only does a small bounce when trying to scroll down to see the post workout heart rate. I barely see one of the numbers in what I believe to be a graph.

This is within the Apple Fitness app, it happens with any completed exercise, which I have 8 options over the past year. I click the Show More green button beside the heart Rate label, which is above the heart rate graph.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a fix?
