KYC Problem

I’m sorry to hear of your problem but we need more information before we can help. My first question is this:

Did you try to follow the instructions listed in your screen shot?

You seem to be trying to do something on chrome that is not supported on Chrome. They are telling you to use one of the browsers they listed. That seems to be the only thing to do. KYC does not look like it was developed by Apple so if you don’t like or cannot use their directions, you will have to contact them for help.
