I am alone at work for 3 weeks, and i dont have a administrator account for Apple School Manager, is there anything i could do to accept the terms and conditions? and if not, whats the consequences of not doing it? and waiting around 3 weeks for it to be done?
Per the notice from Apple:
Once posted, your organization will not be able to enroll devices or deploy new apps until an Administrator signs in to Apple School Manager and accepts the agreement.
As long as you are not enrolling new systems or deploying or updating App Store apps, you will be fine.
Send a note to your admin and ask him/her to sign in. The acceptance process takes less than a minute.
