I went to GameStop to try to trade in my iPhone 12 and they got me locked to the "iphone locked to owner"how do I get it off:cause my touch screen wasn't working around the edge

Touch screen wasn't working properly tried trading it in at GameStop

if it's possible if the screen does not work everywhere I have no idea
