I just bought a brandnew iphone 13 in HK and noticed that my model# is 5LE13CH/A? It says that its brandnew but at the same time refurbised, can someone provide more details on why is this? Was I scammed?

If it is refurbished, it was not purchased directly from Apple. If it was purchased directly from Apple, contact them immediately. If it was purchased from a different retailer, you would need to deal with that retailer.

I was in HK when I bought this and I'm from the Philippines.
Apologies my model# is 5LE03CH/A, and it does not correspond to my box model# which is MLE03CH/A.
Can someone help me regarding this?

Thank you for that information, but what does that mean? This means it is a brand new refurbished? Sorry I don't get the reason for it being refurbished even being sealed and bought from apple directly.
That model number indicates that it has been refurbished by an Apple authorized facility, but not by Apple themselves.
Did you ask the store from where you bought this device?
