Been having problems add my cards to my wallet
I’ve done the region change but it only allowed me to add one card but won’t let me add the other ones

If you haven't already, you might need to update your iPhone to the latest iOS version:
About iOS 16 Updates - Apple Support says: iOS 16.6 is the latest (eg: contains security updates)
If you already have iOS 16.6 installed: try restarting your phone : How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
(Deletes temporary files and often restores order).
